OPS Consulting is seeking qualified candidates that are looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract and the majority of the work is rotating shifts in 90-day cycles. Candidates must be willing to work shift work and work in the San Antonio, TX area.
Description: The Journeyman Operator shall perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and geolocation technique available. JO-INDIAs mentor less experienced Operators in order to enhance and reinforce the Contract Training Program and Operational TTPs.
Required Experience: (All 3 items)
• JBOC Course
• PGO Certification
• Current AGO certification for at least (1) technology
TECHNOLOGIES:
• Global System Mobile (GSM)
• Experience with Airborne Precision Guidance (APG)
• Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA)
• CDMA 2000 Evolution - Data Only (EVDO)
• Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.11 Wireless Fidelity (WiFi)
• Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS)
LANGUAGES: Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency as a linguist in one of the following languages is highly desired:
• Arabic - Levantine (AP)
• Arabic- Yemeni (AU)
• Arabic - IRAQI (DG)
• Arabic - Maghrebi (AM)
• Persian Farsi (PF)
• Pashto (PU)
• Russian (RU)
• Chinese - Mandarin (CM)
• Korean (KO)
• Chechen (CE)
• Somali (SM)
Clearance: A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
